About Me
Im a musician from Canada..Born in Saigon (Libra to a tee).. currently getting my edumacation on in San Jose. Most of the time Im a solo artist. I compose and produce an array of genres. Instruments I play are piano (10+ yrs), guitar (10+ yrs) and turntables (3 yrs). When I first started writing I was 12 years old. Styles changed drastically since..right now I mainly create experimental electronic with hints of turntablism and whatever else I feel like adding to it during the moment.
For the record.. I don't sample my music , it is all written by me..I have nothing against sampling except Im lazy and cant be bothered to dig..I just never took that path and would like to learn how to sample and do it well one day..So peeps who hit me up and ask me where they heard snippets of my songs, you're on crack! I am very lucky to be currently working with Toronto's finest beat maker "Incise". Another thing, I am not a hip hop DJ.. Alot of people assume since I scratch. Turntables are just instruments to me.. I dont know much about hip hop...I play tech house and epic trance.
Other than music, I'm also a huge astrology/personology geek. I study that stuff like its my religion. Don't get it confused with horoscopes or fortune telling. I get really annoyed by ignorance.. I also love to read..mostly psychology related. I'm very into understanding people. Also anything that has to do with modern design. Any visual intelligent & eclectic design makes me drool. I also do art in other forms and photography. I love pretty things period. Ruled by VENUS, what can I say? The god of love and aesthetics. Ok seriously who reads this? Bye.
